Yes, I'm back, I am so so sorry that I've been gone for so so long, I've just kind of lost inspiration for a while and kind of got bored with myself. But that's beside the point, I'm back now, and my first set is a tag from the lovely @fiendishthingy!
 
All you gotta do is make a set featuring shades of blue using one of the items in my set.
